By placing an order on the website www.inkblend.com, you state your agreement to the following terms and conditions:

* TURN AROUND TIMES: Typical and non-guaranteed turn around time is 10 business days from order date plus shipping time. Additional services will extend typical turn around times. Rush charges will apply to all orders needed sooner than our typical turn around times. Turn around times only apply to production and do not include shipping. If an order is being shipped, InkBlend.com and its affiliates cannot guarantee carrier ship times.

* ESTIMATES: All estimates are good for thirty (30) days.

* ART AND MATERIALS: All art and materials supplied by InkBlend.com and its affiliates, including screens, films, and separations, remain the property of InkBlend.com and its affiliates. Any art supplied by the customer remains the property of the customer. All screens and films remain the property of InkBlend.com and its affiliates.

* COPYRIGHTS: By uploading art to the online designer tool, you represent that you have obtained all permissions that you believe are necessary to grant the rights for use or reproduction of artwork supplied by you to InkBlend.com and its affiliates. Any work submitted by you shall not, to the best of your knowledge, information and belief, infringe or violate any other person’s copyrights.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS INKBLEND.COM, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS AFFILIATES’ OWNERS, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THESE REPRESENTATIONS.

You have obtained all permissions necessary to permit InkBlend.com and its affiliates to use and publish any information, Work or other materials submitted by you in connection with any work for hire, paid or unpaid. You have obtained permission for InkBlend.com and its affiliates to use the artwork submitted without financial or other obligation and will you pay any licensing fees or royalties charged by the copyright owner, as well as reimburse InkBlend.com and its affiliates immediately for any financial outlay due to legal defense, fines or fees associated with your uploaded files.

YOU HEREBY GRANT INKBLEND.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES THE RIGHT TO REPRODUCE THE ARTWORK SUBMITTED BY YOU FOR THE JOB ASSOCIATED WITH ARTWORK SUBMITTED.

* DYE LOTS: Due to market conditions and manufacturer garment mill variances beyond the seller’s control, seller cannot guarantee consistency of dye colors throughout an individual order or from one order to the next.

* PRODUCT COLORS:    Because of variances  in manufacturer techniques, supplies and ink batches, the color swatches and product images on this website are only representations of the actual colors for the purpose of choosing a product or color for ordering.  We make no guarantees of color accuracy.

* COLOR MATCHING: Pantone matching is only a guideline. Due to the differences between paper and textiles or other substrates this is not guaranteed.

* OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS: Overruns and underruns not to exceed the industry standard 5% of the amount ordered willconstitute acceptable delivery.

* SHIPPING: Shipping time is not included in the turn around time. Standard shipping rates apply. Shipping charges will not be included in price quotes, but may be applied to final invoices. Charges apply to actual shipping rates, we do not charge for packaging or handling.

* PACKAGING: All apparel orders will be folded in bulk and grouped per size unless otherwise specified. Individual folding and bagging is available at an additional charge. Other products will be packaged to the extent of our ability to protect against damage during shipping.

* REFUND: If we make a mistake your order please contact us within 15 days and we will refund your order minus shipping charges. If you make a mistake on your order (wrong quantities ordered, art proof approved with errors, etc.) we will re-print your order at our standard pricing.

* ORDER CANCELLATION: All cancellations are subject to a restocking fee and partial completion fee depending on how far we are with the order.
