Custom Printed Apparel:

We use one of four different methods to print custom apparel orders. For quantities under 6, we use a digital transfer process, a heat-applied vinyl process or a Direct to Garment process depending on the design’s complexity. For quantities over 6, we generally use screen printing. Each print method has it’s own advantages, so depending on the characteristics of your particular design we may choose one method over the other to achieve the best print possible on your products.

Cad-Cut Decals:

Decals are cad-cut to your design specifications using one of the vinyl cutters in our in-house vinyl department. These are cut in the shape of the design submitted and are NOT printed, so please design accordingly by using solid colors. We use 6-year premium vinyl that will not fade or peel for years and years. After they come off the cutter, the unwanted portion is removed and the decals are pre-masked for easy application and cut into individual pieces.

Custom Printed Stickers:

Custom printed stickers are digitally printed in bulk on large sheets, then cad-cut around the design if necessary and hand-cut into individual stickers. We can use the base white color as part of the design, or print a full-color design that covers the entire sticker. They will resist fading for at least 1 year and are guaranteed not to peel if applied correctly.

Buttons:

Custom Printed Buttons are digitally printed in full color and encapsulated with a plastic covering. They are made on our in-house button machines and individually checked for quality before being packaged. Because of their plastic outer shell, they’ll resisting fading for years.

Etched Glass:

Our glass is permanently etched according to your design specifications. The nature of the process allows for only one color – the natural etched glass – so please design accordingly. We cannot color the etched glass.
